You might see a Windows security warning
This can happen with newly released Windows applications. Here's exactly what to do.
“Windows protected your PC” — this appears for any new app that hasn't built up a reputation yet.
Small link, easy to miss — it's right under the warning text.
Installation continues normally from there.
Why this happens: Microsoft SmartScreen uses reputation-based checks for downloaded applications. LTAI is still building this reputation, so Windows may display a warning during installation.

Common questions
Is LTAI safe?▼
Yes. LTAI doesn't record, save, or share any audio. Speech is processed in real time and discarded. The only data we store is your account email and subscription status (via Supabase). Source code transparency comes through published GitHub releases at github.com/DeSKhan/ltai-releases.
Why does Windows warn me about the file?▼
Windows SmartScreen may warn about applications that haven't yet established enough reputation with Microsoft. As LTAI builds its reputation, this warning should appear less frequently.
Does LTAI work on Mac or Linux?▼
Not yet. Windows only for now. Mac support is on our roadmap, along with a browser extension that will work on any device that runs Chrome.
How do updates work?▼
LTAI auto-updates silently in the background. When a new version is available, it installs the next time you launch the app. No reinstalling required.
Can I uninstall it normally?▼
Yes — uninstall through Settings → Apps like any other Windows program. No leftover files, no registry pollution.
