Can I switch plans later?▼
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the app's pricing window. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?▼
Both give you the same features. Annual billing saves you 20% — you pay once for the year and don't think about it for 12 months. Monthly is flexible and you can cancel anytime.
What are context modes?▼
Premium and Ultra users can pick a translation style that matches what they're watching. Anime mode preserves honorifics (-san, -chan) and casual tone. Gaming mode preserves item names and stats. News mode uses formal journalistic tone. Business mode preserves technical terminology. Auto mode (free) lets the AI decide based on content.
What's the SRT/VTT export for?▼
Export your translation history as a subtitle file (.srt or .vtt). Load it in VLC, Premiere, YouTube, or any video tool to re-watch content with your AI-generated subtitles. Perfect for language learners who want to study sessions later.
What happens if I cancel?▼
Cancel anytime from inside the app. You keep your paid plan features until the end of the billing period you already paid for. After that, you're automatically moved to the Free plan — no charges, no surprises.
Do you offer refunds?▼
Yes. 14-day refund guarantee on all paid plans. If LTAI doesn't work for you, email support and we'll refund you. See the refund policy for details.
Why would I pay if the Free plan works?▼
Free is genuinely useful for trying LTAI and casual use. Paid plans give you significantly more daily time, faster/more accurate AI models, context memory for natural translations, visual snip translation, subtitle export, pronunciation playback, and context modes — features that turn LTAI from a try-it tool into a daily habit.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — handled by Paddle (our payment processor). Your card details never touch our servers.
Do you support currencies other than USD?▼
Prices are shown in USD, but Paddle automatically displays your local currency at checkout. You'll see the exact amount in your currency before completing payment.
What if my card fails?▼
Paddle will retry automatically and email you. Your paid features stay active during the retry period. If we can't process payment after retries, you'll be moved to the Free plan — but you can always re-subscribe later.
