Refund Policy

1. Subscription cancellations
LTAI is offered as a monthly subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to all paid features until that time. We do not charge any cancellation fee.
2. Free plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refund or payment is involved.
3. Refunds for paid subscriptions
Because we offer a free plan that lets you try LTAI before purchasing, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused time on a paid subscription. Once a subscription period has been paid for, that period is non-refundable.
However, we will consider refund requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
- Technical issues with LTAI that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Unauthorized payments on your account
- Billing errors on our side
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@useltai.com with:
- The email address associated with your LTAI account
- The approximate date of the payment
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with a charge, please contact us at support@useltai.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve most billing concerns directly and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. Account deletion and data
Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Your account remains active on the Free plan until you choose to delete it. To permanently delete your account and data, use the "Delete account" option inside the LTAI app, or contact support@useltai.com.
